Interpretation is the oral translation of spoken text. There are two interpretation methods.
Simultaneous interpretation
During conversations or negotiations, the interpreter translates while the speaker is talking; this is simultaneous interpretation. At conferences, seminars and presentations this often takes place in especially equipped booths. In court sessions, the interpreter mostly whispers the simultaneous interpretation of the proceedings to the person involved.

Consecutive interpretation
In consecutive interpretation the interpreter first listens to what is said and then translates a number of sentences. This method is often used for interpreting at the civil-law notary’s office and in police interviews.
You can hire us for (sworn) interpreting services e.g. appointments with a civil-law notary or contract negotiations. It is good to know that our certified interpreters are under a duty of confidentiality.
